“Contact us by email OR telephone (607) 753-3331 prior to returning items. We do not require prior authorization or issue an RMA# but we may very well be able to help correct the problem. This will save you shipping and possibly get you back to your loading quickly.”
“Package product securely, preferably in its original packaging. The die box works great and protects your die(s) during transit. For scales and powder measure please secure all items as some components can be irreparably damaged.”
“If sending a die(s) please also include the brass and bullets that you are having trouble with.” “Do not include live ammunition, powder, primers, or primed cases as they will not be returned and could possibly be illegal to ship!”
“If sending a Full Length (FL) or Body die back for headspace/shoulder bump or other sizing issues please include fired cases and the shellholder you are using. Sized or new cases do not help us trouble shoot sizing issues. Cases fired from your chamber(s) are preferred as we then can recreate the same scenario that you are facing with the same components you are using.”
“If returning a SAECO mould please include sample casts from all moulds. We do not need the handles unless it is for a mould not closing properly, “fins” or whiskers on bullets, or bad parting lines.”
“Print and fill out the Service Request Form legibly with as much detail as possible on the problem you are having and your contact information.”
“Our green die boxes fit perfect into a Small Flat Rate Priority Mail box provided free by the United States Postal Service for domestic US shipping.”
